The Rhinebeck Town Board is under attack for their legal action against Hyde Park, Clinton, and hotel developer IHG. Lead by the well-connected and vocal real estate broker on IHG’s purchase of the Old Stone Farm property, local business interests have been spreading a false narrative about the illegal development as well as the Rhinebeck Town Board’s actions to put a stop to it.
